Functional Healing Strategies for the Skin

My personal health and aging process coupled with my intense commitment to learn about the human body fueled my passion to become a Functional Medicine Practitioner.  I have always chosen to be highly active and found that nutrition, lifestyle habits, and stress were the root causes of my ailments.  I have over 30 years of experience in the education, health, and fitness industries and have taught various college and university courses in Kinesiology and Business.

While teaching, I started my own sports training business to help clients perform better and to reach their individual goals.  I loved working with my clients, but knew I was missing a big piece of the interconnections of their health to their specific conditions.  I, also, wanted to make a deeper and lasting impact on health and healing.

I have an esthetician's license to work with skin issues and dive deeper into the root causes.  This began my journey to pursue functional medicine and to help with providing answers to anyone that is frustrated or has lost hope for progress toward restoring skin or health.
